Ownership of the Site and Premises

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Supply, drafted in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and Legislative Decree 206/2005, regulate the sales services offered on the website https://ondrt.com/. The contract is stipulated between DIALOGA SOLUTIONS LLC, headquartered at 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, United States, email: support@ondrt.com, and the User, meaning the person who consults the pages of the website and uses the product purchase services. The Company and the User are jointly referred to as the “Parties.”
The Site is operated by the Company and allows the purchase of digital licenses and related products. These Terms and Conditions are binding on the Parties and apply to all Users who purchase products on the Site. By accessing the Site and using the services, the User declares to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Except where required by law, electronic communications are considered equivalent to written form.

Object of the Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products available on the Site. The Company sells digital licenses through the Site.

Prices

All product prices are expressed in euros and exclude VAT, according to the reverse charge regime. For private consumers, the price shown at the time of purchase is final. For business customers, VAT is added based on the country of purchase.
Prices may vary, but changes will not affect already completed purchases. Corrections may occur in case of obvious pricing errors and will be promptly communicated to the User.

Purchase Methods

To purchase products, the User must add items to the cart, enter required information, accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and proceed with payment via the available methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, or credit/debit card.
Payment constitutes an offer to purchase, completed upon receipt of the confirmation email containing the activation key and installation instructions.
Errors in the information provided by the User are not the responsibility of the Company. Purchases will be stored electronically.

Promotional Codes

Users who receive a promotional code via newsletters, social media, or other authorized channels may apply it during checkout. Each code has a limited validity period and cannot be extended.

Conditions of Sale and Use of the Site

Purchasing implies full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. No contract will exist if there are obvious errors in the data entered by the User. The Company reserves the right to verify price accuracy and cancel orders where necessary.
The User must ensure proper use of the products and indemnify the Company from liabilities arising from improper use or legal violations.
Users must inspect products upon receipt and report any issues within 14 days to support@ondrt.com.

Shipping of Orders

Products are shipped digitally within 2 working days from purchase.

The website www.ondrt.com is certified with the Trustpilot seal, ensuring transaction reliability and secure online purchases.

Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for digital products once service execution begins. However, Consumers may request withdrawal within 14 days by emailing support@ondrt.com.
Refunds are issued within 14 working days using the same payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases of damage caused by accidental events or force majeure.

Obligations of the Company

The Company is not liable for damages not directly caused by its own breach or for obligations covered by third-party warranties.
The Company may suspend access to the Site due to violations or force majeure events, such as network failures or cyber attacks.

Privacy Policy

For details on the processing of personal data, Users must consult the Privacy Policy available in the Site footer.

Applicable Law, Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are written in Italian. Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan (MI), except where EU consumer regulations provide additional rights.
Users may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.

Duration and Amendments
